The Petition

✊ If you believe that every child has the right to their father – sign now.
Help us break the silence.

I am the father of three children. A family dispute marked the beginning of a nightmare: I was suddenly removed from my home and my children's lives – based on a vague accusation of domestic violence. Without thorough investigation. Without due process. Without justice.

I am a father like many. I raised my children with love and responsibility. I respected the law, paid taxes, and believed I lived in a state governed by the rule of law.

Instead, I was treated like a danger. And my voice was ignored.

Today I am allowed to see one of my daughters and one of my sons every two weeks – under supervision. My eldest son no longer sees me, victim of emotional manipulation and a system that has failed to protect the parent-child bond.

Text of the Petition

All over Europe, thousands of fathers are being slowly erased from their children's lives – without having committed any crime.

Often all it takes is an accusation, a separation conflict that escalates, or the automatic triggering of "protection protocols" – and they are pushed out: of the home, the school, their children's daily lives.

Sometimes there is not even a legal proceeding. No judgment. And yet, courts impose supervised visits, restraining orders, endless silence.

For the children, the message is devastating: “If your father doesn't see you, there must be a reason.”

But often the only reason is this: being a man, a father – and having no lobby to defend you.

With this petition, I want to break the silence around a hidden reality: that of fathers excluded without fair trial, without being heard, without a voice.

Not to make noise, but to create connection. To reach others who – like me – live the same pain.

I have created a space of silent resistance, a space for true stories: Vox Silentii – because even those without a voice deserve to be heard.
